The MGX® Inshore Hunter has been designed with kayak and/or boat fishermen in mind, with a length of 1.89 meters, making it comfortable to handle any catch and easily hoist it onto the kayak or boat. Its carbon core provides great sensitivity, allowing for easy exploration of the seabed and detecting bait strikes without compromising its strength, capable of withstanding the aggression of any large predator during a fight.

Space is crucial on a kayak or boat, which is why we designed this rod with the ability to adapt and respond to different techniques such as bait fishing, lure casting, and even vertical jigging. This fishing technique involves using metal lures from a boat, dropped freely to the bottom. The angler then performs rhythmic line retrievals while exerting synchronized action through rod flexes, simulating a fleeing fish until it reaches the surface, making it an extremely effective technique for catching large predators.

The Inshore Hunter is crafted with top-quality materials capable of enduring the intense battles a kayak fisherman faces. Its IM-7 carbon fiber core is a single piece, with only the handle being removable for easier transport. Additionally, it features a TVS reel seat from the American brand SEA GUIDE® with a “DUO LOCK” system (Double lock on the reel seat) and short-legged K-type guides to provide better balance to the rod and improve its resistance to tension.
